Wow, you continually amaze me with your plots and how characters get together. I think this is great. I love how Cyril appears larger-than-life and that the O'Reily brothers are out running their scams. I can totally see Doyle being a part of the gang, and veering off into teaching because of some of the stuff he experiences while under the O'Reilys' wing. Or even meeting his ex-wife through them, or something.
