I liked the format here--using present day to set up the flashback, then the wraparound to set up the ending. I loved the easy flirtation between the two of them and how Sean's lingering looks triggered his desires.
When I wrote that Sean/Claire story for the Magi treat, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this pairing and how easy it was to imagine. It's tempting (and fun) to write Claire as a stereotypical villain, but she has real potential as something much more than that (especially in a post-series universe).
