Wound up getting a new computer which I'm currently getting the hang of using. Had to get rid of all of the Microsoft crud. It's a little bit crazy. It has me log in with a pin which it failed to recognize right away. Oh and it's tied everything to a hotmail account that I don't use. And for some reason, this IP address is now frozen on LJ (might be because I tried to log in a bunch of times without success).

So there'll be a learning curve, but I'm sitting here listening to the Devils prospects game so it's doing exactly what I need it to do for the moment.

You'll figure it out! I actually love the PIN to log in, but the fingerprint thing on my laptop annoys TF out of me. God forbid my finger be the slightest bit damp.

Anyway, you ought to be able to change the email it's tied to. If you need help, let me know. I can fiddle about with my laptop at home and see what I can find.

But YAY for being back and YAY for having a new computer!

Thank you. The pin thing was actually user error as I thought I was dialing a phone and flipped the placement of a digit. I have accepted the new pin number. Didn't want to even deal with the fingerprint thing. The less they know about me the better.

Ah, gotcha. That happens. :) I don't blame you - fingerprint scanners are dumb. I need to remove it from mine and just go with the pin.
