I stepped on the scale today for the first time since having moved in with my folks in November and I've gained 30 pounds.

I knew I gained some weight, but that much... jeez!

Heading out for a walk. A long walk. A very, long walk.

Ouch! It's terrible how it just sneaks up on us like that. One day our pants are a little tight and the next day we're having heart attacks on the scale.

Yeah...*le sigh* I know. The exact frikin thing hapened to me when I moved back in with my parents. But the good news is I lost all that weight and extra 5 kilos since I started my GFCF diet. I guess there's truth in that old saying- Mens sana in corpore sano and vice versa LOL

That's pretty much how it happened. I'm going to have to work hard to get it back towards manageable, especially in a house where ice cream and chips are always available.
