Winding down

So I managed to put in my tiny Arif story for the HT100 challenge. If there was anyone who was the poster boy for pontificating on that show, it was Arif.

Or Timmy Kirk (in his non-possessed moments).

Amazingly enough Father Mukada or Sister Pete could only rarely be accused of that.

So it's on to the next one. But first, must sleep off my headache.

Went to rehearsal tonight (yes, I know it's Tuesday, but it's for special music). I spent an hour working on a song that I have no intention of singing since I won't be there on Sunday. I'm missing tomorrow night so I had hoped that we were going to get around to the number we were doing in 2 weeks, but no such luck.

Work was icky. I couldn't get done everything that I wanted to get done. Feeling the pressure of two 4-day weeks in a row. Time is going by way too quickly. It's already the first week in October. I'm not prepared for it to be so late in the year.

Happy the Cards won. Dodgers tomorrow and hockey season begins in two days, but y'all are gonna have to wait for the lovefest because I'll be heading to Vegas Thursday night. (Hence the first 4-day week).
