I was actually a little surprised by how well today went. There was a lot of sorting that went on. I've started to put my documents to type by client as well as by date. I nearly finished one today, but then there were a couple more that just came in. This particular client is a pain in the butt so instead of doing the ones that give us more work first, I have to do hers - she's done through November and the other two I work on aren't even done with October yet. I had to rescue my paycheck today since it was put under my keyboard at some point yesterday and the cleaning crew came through before I got in, put everything into piles (I went through all of them, trust me), and probably tossed it. I wrote myself a new one and then got my boss to sign it.

Went by CVS because I'm out of Atomic fireballs again. Also picked up the Strawberry flavored Hershey kisses. The cherry ones are excellent, but the strawberry were a bit of a disappointment. I'll donate them at work tomorrow.

Oz Magi has become a little bit of a surprise because today I decided to change prompts - same wish group though - I like both prompts, but the one I'm working on now should be more of a challenge. There are approach questions circling my mind, but luckily it's still the end of November and I have plenty of time to play, fall in love with it, and then maybe do another one if need be.

I don't think I mentioned this ever, but I still haven't gotten all the way through the extras on my Season 6 DVD - the other seasons I devoured every moment, but part of me knows that when I watch that final deleted scene (no matter which one it is), that will be it. Getting to the point here, I went through the index of deleted scenes tonight and saw something that may not had been THE BEST SCENE EVER* but it was still pretty damn funny. It apparently was even deleted from the extended ending for sheer ludicrousness (is that a word?) The tagline on it is - Mukada asks McManus for advice about women. That's a concept that didn't even enter my mind ever (and you people know I love my McManus). It's just a joy to watch Terry Kinney in that scene - trying to play it straight with a smirk on his face and this devilish little gleam in his eye the entire time. Beautiful.

*For the record, the scene between Beecher & Keller at the end of "Legs" is the best scene ever. (And y'all probably thought I would have said the end of "A Word to the Wise")

That's second best
