I tend to undertag (as in having the relationship tag, but not tagging individual characters when I've tagged them for relationships)
So, you have to tag for both in order for it to show up in searches! I learned this after having done the same, say, tagged for Beecher/Keller but not listed them off individually -- but, if someone's searching for just Beecher or just Keller, it won't show them the B/K fic. They'd only find the fic by specifically searching for that ship. I added a ton of character tags. oof
I mean you don't *have* to. But it will limit the results of other ppls' searches & filters.
