Briefly thought about going to an event with church folks but I was pretty zapped when I got home so I gave it a pass. Instead I stayed in and finished reading "Play You For It" by Samantha Saldivar, a Sapphic romance set in the world of college basketball between a coach and a reporter. I really enjoyed it and thought it was well-paced. Haven't decided what's next.

I also watched a movie that I'd never seen even though it has been out for a long time, "Crazy Stupid Love". It was okay. Very much a "guys" film.

I hope that the change of the month will mark a fresh start. I'm feeling worn out and uninspired lately.

Glad you enjoyed your book! I'm not a big basketball fan, but I did love going to see the Lady Rebels play. I really need to make an effort to see the Aces as well one day.
