Productivity

cmk418I actually had a very productive day today (and it's not even close to ending yet). Cooked - muffins for breakfast & pasta for dinner. Finally swept the carpets (something I had been putting off) and dusted.
Wrote 3 drabbles - 1 Oz & 2 Firefly, and off & on throughout the day, managed to write 15 pages of script (that was my goal for today). I'm a little worried about the script because right now it's all familiar territory (when I plotted this out many months ago, I had these particular scenes in my head) but certain things need to start happening soon or else I might wind up ending at page 50 and that seems like it would be on the short side (I do not have action sequences to make up the time). I did write a sex scene though - had a lot of fun with that but it think it'll be edited down to a couple of sentences when it goes through that process. All this prose writing has spoiled me though - I keep wanting to write in thoughts. Tomorrow I'm going to shoot for 10 pages and that'll make me happy if I get that accomplished.
Off to watch the movie "The Dead Zone". I've read some of the book, but I never saw the movie. I just remember being struck by how many times the f-word was used in the book (I was still relatively young and innocent when I read it).
