Since many folks are having Pride celebrations this weekend, I thought I'd share this. This is a commercial that was aired and subsequently banned in the UK. I really wish they hadn't, because it's quite wonderful.
What a great commercial! I read they took it off because people complained. But it was supposedly only 200,so I don't know why it was pulled off the air.
Never saw it until now [shrugs]. And isn't that Ben out of Lost as the hubby? We don't tend to have US commercials transported unedited over here [well, not much]. And I haven't seen the Heinz product either.
I haven't seen the Heinz product here either, but that may just be because I haven't been looking for it. I doubt that commercial would have even seen the light of day in the States if it hadn't been for youtube.
