Well, I'm back

Got in on Thursday after an action-packed five days with the family. By Sunday evening, I'd pretty well had my fill of children. My niece came over for a fun-filled slumber party (we ate pizza and watched movies) on Saturday night, then we had Ethan's christening on Sunday and gathering thereafter (along with my niece who was wound up). And if that wasn't enough baby time, Sunday night concluded with going to the hospital to see my best friend and her new baby. Kid overload.
All in all it was a pretty nice weekend. My sister and I got the clothes shopping part of the journey out of the way. I hate - absolutely hate - buying clothes, but my sister was the perfect person to go with. We spent a ridiculous amount of time and money, but I walked away with quite a few interview outfits by the time it was done.
I didn't think I was going to be interested in the Olympics. Until I saw the men's 400 relay. That was amazing. After that I became this swimming, gymnastics (I loved the U.S. men's team), weightlifting, beach volleyball junkie. It is sick.
My house is clean and I have plenty of food in the fridge. That's quite a nice change.
