After all that whining about not being able to get stuff done, I managed to:
1. Re-start and finish my assignment for rayne_shippers
2. Write something new (not with McManus though) for hardtime100 (posting later today) and
3. Write a complete story using one of my own prompts for the Giles/Xander Fall Fest (also posting later today)

Yeah, I didn't get to bed until 1:30AM, but it was so worth it.

I'm starting work on my 2000 words a day goal today. It'll be easier once November gets here, but it's all good.

Blackhawks won last night too. I'm not going to say anything about the NHL standings today other than they make me very happy.

It seemed to work in this case. By the way, I was able to do the McManus story after all - it's a very light Halloween piece, but it's done and will be up soon.
