Dudes, I'm SO home right now

cmk418Got into Chicago about 3. Went up to the room. Excuse me. Rooms. I was expecting bedroom & kitchenette, I was not expecting equally large sitting and thinking room with a couch in between the two. This is going to be a great place to work over the next couple days.
The only weird thing that's happened (so far) is that my phone decided to go out on me (after 4+ years, I guess it was about time) so I had to pick up a new one. Lucky for me, there's a T-mobile store about as frequently as a Starbucks around here, so it wasn't too awful.
Already been to the lake and in about an hour and a half will be sipping some of the finest margaritas in all of Chicagoland.
Yes, I will still try to make my word count tonight. Who knows, the words might flow better with half a pitcher of margaritas in me.
