Am I the only one...
Oct. 19th, 2006 10:34 pm... who has a fascination with Jeannie Zelasco's hair? (I'm thinking - "probably") For those who can't place the name, she's FOX's baseball woman in the studio. Wonderful hair, great speaking voice but she needs to get a new wardrobe person. Soon baseball will be over for the season and it'll be another five/six months before we'll be back in the FOX studio again. And she knows her stuff too (not like the bims that used to do hockey for ABC - "you took a puck to the groin, did that hurt?")
A free weekend! Woo ha! Well, Saturday is free. And that's all I can ask for right now. Housecleaning may be on the agenda. The last two episodes of "Oz", an hour of World Series action and Chicago Blackhawks hockey definitely ARE on the agenda. Can't wait. I may do some more fic work while I'm at it. There's another 5 things prompt I like, but so far I can only think of one of the five things. But it's a doozy.
I did a draft of the Said story. It turned out okay. It doesn't have quite the energy of the other two that I've done, which is a bit disappointing.
Despite my over-exuberance in my previous post, I do feel sorry for the Mets fans who were at the game. It sucks sitting in the rain for hours only to see your team lose. But, as Cubs fans have been saying since 1909, there's always next year.
