Not a bad start to 2011

I've got the room set up almost the way I like it - the broken down desk is gone, replaced by a portable laptop stand and a filing cabinet. The new 2011 calendar that my sister made me featuring movie musicals is up, as is the lovely new artwork featuring my boys with the Stanley Cup, so that's all to the good. I do need to put some things in one of the boxes downstairs, since the lack of desktop space means more clutter on the rest of the surface areas in the room.

And people have been writing some awesome fic - two stories specifically for me and one that I've been craving for some time:
OZ - By the book (the one to hold the strings) - a Peter Schibetta fic - was written for my wish request at oz_magi
Buffy/Angel - voleuse wrote Salt on a Briar Rose for my Willow/Illyria request at femslash_minis
Life - And although not for me, I'm always pleased to see a little Rachel/Charlie fic, rose_griffes did not disappoint with her story All Fall Down
