So the job thing might be ending (how many times have I said that since I started there?). They are talking about disbanding the program completely which might take a month or two if they do it. I don't know. All I know is that I'm going to be running around like a chicken with my head cut off the next few days.

Hockey is going very well. Went to the Blues season opener & saw my boy Tarasenko score 2 goals. And the Hawks are currently 4-0 so that's beyond good.

Things with the ex are still going but we've come to the conclusion that it's probably not going to develop into anything other than friendship at this point.

And lastly, my New Year's resolution came true... I got my car.

Congrats on the new car! (And hockey wins. Half the people I know online now seem to be crazy for the Blackhawks, because of RPS. I don't get it, but to each his own. :)

I get the thing about RPS. It's something that I didn't think I'd like until I started reading it (lots of pining & h/c, not to mention the PWP collection). And yes, Toews & Kane are like the Beecher & Keller of the Hockey RPS world (and the weird thing is that I like certain people in RPS a million times better than in real life, if that makes any sense at all!)
