It is definitely crack treated seriously. I might just try to stick as close to the focus characters as possible and let the things that affect canon happen naturally.
And yes, the OTP is always there to yank me out if I need a break. Believe it or not, this isn't a McMur story. Luckily, I'm going to have plenty of time to play with it before it's posted.
