So I'm sitting here having lunch at my desk and I'm wondering, given how the produce situation is here nowadays, am I taking my life in my hands by having a salad?
I was watching something the other night on the Tivo (maybe Ellen, maybe SNL, who knows) but they were talking about the "pumpkin fungus" this year that may cause a shortage in jack-o-lanterns. They said this year we're gonna have to find something else to carve that's scary...and they showed a bagged spinach salad with a jack-o-lantern face cut out of it. LOL
