writing, films, etc

cmk418Been reading through some of my old stuff and I'm getting a feeling that next year might be one of my "on" years again - I have these weird cycles I go through. For now there's finishing up NaNo (I'm a day behind at the moment), completing my Dave Bolland/Daniel Sedin lovefest, and working on Oz Magi until the end of the year. There's a little part of me that's tempted to dive into a little drabble-y something right now and get focused on the writing.
I don't think I've mentioned that I've seen the movie "Argo" three times already. It's very good and it's interesting watching something that I can remember happening (not necessarily that aspect of it with the houseguests, but when they show the yellow ribbons on the houses & the trees at the beginning, I can remember that we had one on our house for a time, that and the nightly countdown on the news as to the number of days the hostages were there.) I also like the Hollywood aspect of it. I want to see "Skyfall" soon and "Silver Linings Playbook" and I'm really looking forward to "Les Misrables" when it comes out at Christmas.
