Haven't gone outside a whole lot this year, but here are some images of nature I have captured in 2022. The bug pics were taken at my office- usually they were clinging to the wall or the door and I would take pictures and send them to my niece in Cleveland (bug pictures are a lot more interesting than 5 "how are you doing?" texts). The tree is across the street from the office- I think I was trying to catch a weather phenomenon or something. The mum was in a bouquet from my mother and I just loved the color and the Christmas cactus was something that I've nurtured for the past year and was happy to see the blooms appear on it.

Date: 2022-12-30 05:39 pm (UTC)A praying mantis seems like a great find (unless you're a male praying mantis). We once had a tree frog on the inside of the door but my pic of that went the way of the old phone.
The weird thing was that about a month before the cactus looked like it was on death's door, so it was neat to see it come back in that way.
