cmk418Last night's hockey was so good. I remember why I love this time of the year. I listened to two overtime games - started the Nashville game when Nashville was behind 4-2 and had 10 minutes to go in the third. I got a period and a half of OT out of that, although I really was rooting for Nashville to win. Then I got hooked into the first OT of Vancouver-Dallas and that went on forever. I can just imagine how the Dallas fans felt around 2:25AM when they lost. That'll break your heart, if your not asleep in front of the TV set at that point. They had something like 75 shots on goal so for all intents and purposes, they should have won. I'm glad Vancouver beat them though.
I'm getting back to writing a bit. I have my Oz lyrical, a bit of Firefly and I wanted to get started on some Departed fic over the weekend. Doesn't seem to be enough time.
And I just realized that I hadn't put my hour's worth of work in tonight so I'm off to do that now. Can't wait to sleep in on Saturday.
