Heading out

So it's the start of a weekend with my family. Should be nice. I'll be glad to be spending a day away from the office - yippee!

Did a little work for the Oz Drabble Tree - I did want to contribute something before I left. If you want to check them out, the main post is here.

My drabbles in particular:

It's fun so I hope some more people participate.

Have to go pack. I leave tomorrow at around 5:30 AM - loads of fun. Big shopping excursion planned since I have picked up no present for the shower or my niece's birthday. At least I didn't have to do either tonight.

The baby shower should be fun.
I haven't looked at the drabbletree yet,but I'll definitely do something for it. I liked the last one we did.

I didn't think the drabble tree was going to end so soon! I didn't get a chance to participate,but I'm interested in the ficathon that's coming up. I've never done one of those.

I loved all youf drabbles. My favorite one was the one about Busmalis. I was always rooting for him to beat the odds and get and stay free.
The other two were both very well written and chilling. I really liked the last line in the Wagner drabble.

Of the three drabbles, I liked the Kenny one the best, simply because this was my first opportunity to write for him.

The weekend went well and the shower was very nice.

There's a low-key ficathon going on at oz_wishing_well They're accepting prompts now so toss some into the ring - I'll probably do another bunch before the deadline because they're fun and I like to use the whole ensemble (no surprise there).
