This was my day

Got out of the house reasonably early so I could get to work before eight. Bus broke down. I called the office to learn that my office kitty had decided to make his presence felt by taking a dump on the carpet and spraying somewhere in the office. (The lucky thing was that I didn't have to clean it up, but I have a feeling that Wifey is gonna be pissed when she comes back from her vacation). One of my clients decided that the fifty or so status requests that I hadn't gotten to over the past three days wasn't enough so she send fifty (individual) e-mails on her different cases - some of which were probably done. Oh, and I got yelled at by a client because one of the staff got a little lazy (so there was last minute scrambling). And I just realized that I forgot to call on the downtown route pickups (our regular guy was out) - it's only two, but it might come back to bite me on the ass on Monday. I'm going in on Sunday anyway to catch up a little bit on my work that's gone ignored in the past week.

And now I'm a little bit emotional because the Hawks just won their last home game of the season and on it the realization that it is the last home game of the season.

I think that's enough for now.

Yeah. It was much better when he used to kill things and bring them into the office. Those were the type of presents that I could handle.
