Which three people (living or dead) would you invite to dinner (to pick their brains, enjoy their witty repartee, or simply drool and grunt, etc), and what would you serve?

Three people - Steven Soderbergh (because he's the one that started me on the path of screenwriting and I've never heard him speak in person), Kevin Spacey (actors fascinate the heck out of me), and because we need balance to our table, Rachel Maddow (from CNBC, for both her insight into current events and ability to be eye-candy for me).

What would I serve - pot roast (which is what I cook for everybody the first time they come for dinner).
