idof_feedback. The commitment isn't awful - as little as 10 pieces of feedback from the time you sign up until the "day" - July 25 - and keeping a list of the things (fics, drabbles, poems, graphics, vids) that you give feedback to. You will make an author's/artist's/vidder's day.
