My NaNo prep

So I've been trying to get my brain working and fingers typing in preparation for NaNo. Part of it is to write for 60-90 minutes a day (undoubtedly that'll increase once November gets here) and since that's going to be working on a narrative, I've been working on my one WIP with narrative structure (aka Great Risks). I've hit the Oz section of the journey and am rapidly screaming toward the climax. I hope to have it finished soon and I'll edit out the uber-fluffiness (and good grief, there's a lot of it!) and post it in nice bite-sized pieces until we hit the conclusion.

That's how I've been spending my time lately.

Thanks. Had to watch "The Routine" again today and got about 50 more ideas for scenes, so it might be a little longer than expected. Ugh.

Actually when I re-read the beginning part it didn't seem too saccharine at all, so it might stay fairly well intact. I have a heckuva lot of editing to do before any of it sees the light of day though - 35 pages so far, nearing 6000 words, mostly dialogue, and I still haven't reached the end (I'm hopeful it'll make sense in context with canon - I'm doing some strange things with time to make it work.) But I want to start posting it before NaNo starts, cause that's going to take up a chunk of time.
