Sunday

Been a long day. Got up early to finish straightening up the apartment, then headed over to the San Fernando Valley Pride Festival. I met two of my friends there and we walked around the fest. It has grown immensely in the past seven years. It was really fun running into people I knew from many different places. The big theme this year was weddings and down with Prop 8. So every few feet someone was trying to sign me up for this, that, or t'other wedding-centric thing. I drafted one of my friends to be the designated bride-to-be after a few too many of those occurences.

We went off-site to the cheese shop for lunch. It was excellent as usual. I ate way too much cheese, but it was a pleasant respite from the leftovers in my fridge.

Then I went back. Immediately ran into one of my exes, who I haven't seen in a couple years. It was a little weird, but there's really no hard feelings there as far as I'm concerned. Spent the rest of the day with the boys from church.

I think all the sunshine and fresh air has affected me because I'm feeling quite sleepy now. I should try to turn in early because I really want to get my sleep schedule back to normal.
