Here are some more icons made from pictures I took on my Chicago trip. (Basically, if it looked interesting, I took a picture of it so there's lots of street art that I captured on this go-round)
(Yes, I did send the pic of the HVAC club to my manager at work.)
I have a pic of a group of pigeons I took last time I had to go to the courthouse to renew my notary appointment. They looked like they were waiting for someone to rough up.
And the HVAC thing... it's something I'd do, too. :D
The front of the HVAC club had a skull painted on the doorway. I had a pic of it too, but didn't post it here. Despite it being close to Wrigley, I'm not sure it was any kind of sports bar.
I would rather stay as far away from pigeons as possible, but that one was too funny to pass up. He was armed with a stick too!
thanks. I am. I'm a little sad that it's so heavily touristy right now and things have sold out but I'm in love with Forest Park (not to mention those two cemeteries) Glad the bad weather waited for the conference when I can't escape anyhow.
That said, it was surreal to have a warning piped thru the hotel saying get into your rooms and into the interior part of it.
