Prompt me!

I'm in the mood to do a little comment ficcage, so give me a character or pairing/fandom/prompt word and we'll see what I can come up with.

Date: 2009-03-11 01:19 am (UTC)She smiled even more when she heard Heather's prayers. "Lord, deliver me from this torment" was whispered over and over as Rhonda's fingers drifted lower.
Rhonda began to hum a song that spoke of God's wrath against sinners as Heather arched into her hand.
Hearing Heather's breathless sighs as she climaxed, Rhonda knew that nothing this good could ever be truly wicked.
Of course, there was no way that Rhonda was ever going to clue Heather into that fact.

When Alex was in first grade, he read a story about a girl that turned into a butterfly. He thought it was pretty dumb at the time. (At six, having no use for girls or butterflies, it held no appeal to him). Nothing like that would ever really happen anyway, he’d thought.
Now watching Parker fly through the air and flit from ledge to ledge as she descended from the roof, he remembers the story. It suddenly seems very possible and all too real.
And whether she be girl or butterfly, he’s never seen anything so beautiful in his life.
>>>>>>>>>>>>
They see her as the spontaneous one, the girl with no inner censor. They don’t realize that everything she does has a purpose.
Right now, her purpose is to woo Alex Hardison. Every so often, out of the blue, she’ll let a piece of information slip. Something that can’t be found in her computer file, which she’s fairly certain that he’s studied. A bit of her past here, a personality quirk there, and he learns what she wants him to know.
Sometimes though, life presents an opportunity too delicious to pass up. The kiss in the museum was like that. She wasn’t planning on doing it until much later in their partnership – and honestly, it was so good that she didn’t want it to stop – but a diversion was necessary.
She’ll wait to tell him it meant something to her. She has a plan.

I don't even know! Oh, wait, I do.
No, maybe I don't.
Ummmmmmmm...
Oh, haha, I'm so clever.
The Firefly lands in New Boston and the crew meets Billy and Sean and all.
History Repeating - 2 scenes
Date: 2009-03-16 04:57 pm (UTC)“Those are our men now,” Mal pointed out. “That’s French. I don’t know who the other guy is. Must be new.”
“Wild card,” stated River. “Not what he seems.”
“Is there going to be a problem?”
“Not for us. No action to be taken without his boss.”
“You might want to lay off the cryptic when we’re doing the deal.”
“Affirmative.”
This was just to be a routine exchange of goods for cash, but Billy didn’t like the way the girl was looking at him. It was as though she could see inside of him. Beyond the face that he showed to Costello, to Dignam, to Queenan. She could see his mother’s son and it unnerved him.
He was still a little shaken up when he and French returned to the car. “Looks like she was a little taken with you,” said French.
“You think?” asked Billy, absently.
“Don’t get so excited. You ain’t that good-looking, kid. Anyway, skirts like that are nothing but trouble. Only good to prove you ain’t a queer. Then again, Billy, maybe you should have taken her up on it.”
“Nah, you’re right. She’d have been trouble.” Billy considered that he should make a note of this meeting for Queenan. Something wasn’t right here.
>>>>>>>
“Well, I’ll be damned,” said Queenan, upon seeing the man walk through the door.
“Not so sure, Captain, but I don’t think that’s the proper greeting one should make for a Shepherd,” Dignam remarked.
“Nonsense.” Queenan clapped Book on the shoulder. “It’s good to see you-“ He paused as dozens of names of UCs for the past thirty years flitted through his mind.
“Derrial,” said Book, introducing himself to Dignam. “Shepherd Derrial Book at your service.”
“He was my first undercover.”
Dignam looked at Book with a new appreciation. “This is the guy that brought down Sebastian?”
“The very one.”
“What are you doing here?”
“The ship I travel with stopped to get supplies. We’ll be off again by nightfall.”
“You’re taking precautions?” Queenan asked.
“You never change, Officer.”
“It’s Captain now,” clarified Dignam.
“Some things have changed,” said Queenan with a smile.
“I’m fine, Captain. I’ve a new life and it isn’t a bad one.” The communication device on Queenan’s desk buzzed. “I’ll leave you to your business,” said Book, shaking Queenan’s hand before leaving the office.
Dignam hit a button next to the speaker. “Hello, sweetheart.”
Billy’s anxious voice came through the speaker. “There’s a girl here who might cause some complications.”
“See you at dock fifteen in twenty minutes. Don’t do anything stupid,” said Dignam.
Dignam pulled on his coat. “Girl. He’s probably overreacting.”
“Probably,” replied Queenan. “Be careful.”
Dignam nodded and left. Queenan realized that in thirty years, some things didn’t change.

Date: 2009-03-16 04:55 pm (UTC)No signature. He wouldn’t put it past one of the guys in the cafeteria to fuck with him.
Only two guys in Oz knew how he tasted – Schillinger and…
Toby.
Toby, who had been avoiding him the past few weeks.
Toby, who hadn’t moved when the hacks drug Chris off to the hole.
Toby, who went to twelve-step groups and played the perfect little saint.
Yeah, it had to be one of the cafeteria guys.
The notes started to appear every couple of days. Sometimes, full of corny love poetry. Other days, full of pornographic description that would make a sexual deviant blush. Occasionally, simple and full of promise – “When you get out, you’re going to beg me to fuck you.”
One day, he swore he’d heard Toby’s voice. “Chris,” he heard, whispered urgently, as it had been on those nights when he’d enjoyed exploring Toby’s body. “I want you.”
In the next instant, the voice was gone and Chris swore he was hallucinating. It had been known to happen to guys that had spent this much time in the hole. He missed Toby, it was true, but that wasn’t Toby. It wasn’t him and Toby.
Toby was a little pussy bitch who’d never take what he wanted.
Toby was the guy who’d stuck a shank in his back.
Involuntarily, Chris felt a twinge in his ribs. He’d never say it, but that side of Toby really turned him on.
Maybe there was more to this than met the eye.
As soon as Chris was released from the hole, he sought Toby out. During the day, when all eyes were upon them, Toby treated Chris as coolly as ever. Toby played cards with Rebadow and Hill while Chris watched reruns of “Miss Sally’s Schoolyard” on the television in the quad.
It wasn’t until they were heading into the pod before lights out that Toby spoke to Chris in a low voice that made Chris’ dick harden. He asked simply, “Are you prepared to beg?”

Ok I'm back! That was awesome, I love how you can create a whole story and situations with so few words.
Love Toby on the hunt! You took my simple prompt and gave it a whole new direction, a better one.
Luv ya Cat!

Date: 2009-03-11 07:36 am (UTC)(But to say something more fitting to this post, if I'd be daring enough to give you a prompt here that would be surely for an O'Reily/Alvarez thing. I so loved those ones you wrote with that pairing.)
But just if you don't mind! I really don't want to be un-polite...
I won't take it personal if you'd consider me a "way too strange an' weird person" with my silly comment here. :)
Hurt/Comfort
Date: 2009-03-16 04:54 pm (UTC)Ryan didn’t respond, so Miguel continued. “I’ll admit, she’s a fine-looking woman. Doesn’t have the curves of my Maritza, of course, but she is the prettiest thing to look on in this place.” His eyes slid down O’Reily’s body and he amended, “One of the prettiest.”
“Gloria doesn’t give me the time of day,” stated Ryan.
“I know. This is what? The fourth time I had to patch you up?”
“Fifth.”
Miguel’s fingers faltered a bit after Ryan’s admission. “Oh.”
Green eyes met brown. “Yeah.” Ryan didn’t feel the need to say anything more until Miguel finished up. “Thanks,” he whispered, getting up to leave.
As he was halfway to the door, Miguel called out, “Hey, O’Reily. Want me to kiss it and make it better?”
The “fuck you” rolled smoothly off Ryan’s tongue, but the twinkle in his eyes spoke of another visit, another opportunity for contact in the near future.
Re: Hurt/Comfort
Date: 2009-03-17 08:09 am (UTC)Gives a whole new perspective on that "O'Reily-cut-himself-in-the-kitchen-scene"...and well, I like it very much! :)
So many many thanks for writing one of my favourite pairings here! And for writing it so nicely!
Reading this was better than my morning coffee and it actually made my day! I'm smiling like the crazy cat in the mouse store. :)
Re: Hurt/Comfort
Date: 2009-03-18 12:06 am (UTC)A little self-promotion: I don't know if you've checked out my Double Negatives series, but I think it's something that you might enjoy (it concerns the evolution of Ryan's sexuality through five different encounters).
Re: Hurt/Comfort
Date: 2009-03-18 05:49 pm (UTC)Anyway, thanks for reminding me of that fic, you guessed pretty much right with that! I love that series! :)
Re: Hurt/Comfort
Date: 2009-03-18 11:40 pm (UTC)I'm really glad you enjoyed those stories and I appreciate your lovely comments.
You made my day!
BTW, is there any Oz pairing that you haven't seen out there much that you'd like to see more of?
Re: Hurt/Comfort
Date: 2009-03-19 07:18 am (UTC)O, and of course there are a lots of dearly missed and never written fics and pairings I'm always searching for!
For example as far as I know only two person has written Alvarez/Keller, and I consider it a very dynamic and interesting pairing, and I've never found Beecher/Alvarez (I absolutely understand this pairing sounds pretty weird, to be honest...).
And my firm belief is the the world needs more Murphy/O'Reily and I've not even mentioned Bellinger (with anyone)! And poor ignored Father Ray!...and so few O'Reily/Beecher fics around...!
And I can go on with such a rambling for ages... :)
Have you got some recs for "relatively-rare-pairing" Ozfics like that?
(Sometimes all these little ones are so hard to find!)

On Being Irish
Date: 2009-03-16 04:53 pm (UTC)“Probably not,” Murphy replied.
“Really?” He’d asked the question as a joke and Murphy’s response caught him off-guard.
“Well, think about it. Both of us being Irish is what brought us together in the first place. And if you weren’t Irish, or I wasn’t Irish, you probably would never have noticed me.”
“Sean?”
“Yeah?”
“I would have always noticed you.”
Sean grinned and kissed him.

Date: 2009-08-23 12:05 am (UTC)Thanks for the wonderful feedback you've given me. I really appreciate it.
I like the prompt and will get to it at some point, but right now I have to get through a bit of my "Mad Men" obsession that's taken over the fandom part of my brain. Then I can get back to my beloved Ozzies. That's a great prompt and I have fun writing Rebadow, so that'll be a nice change.
In the meantime, you might want to look through the prompts over at
